At Heartland Oral Surgery, we remain committed to providing you with the best possible care during this ever-changing pandemic. In efforts to do so we have implemented all recommendations by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Nebraska Dental Association, and the American Dental Association to ensure patient safety. As such, we ask that patients enter the office unaccompanied unless the patient is a minor or requires assistance. In that case, one legal guardian may accompany them for the duration required by the doctor and ask that all others remain in the vehicle.

Do you have a fever, cough, sore throat, or difficulty breathing?
Has anyone in the household traveled abroad over the last 14 days?
Has anyone in the household been quarantined?
Over the last 14 days, has anyone in the household been in contact with anyone that has COVID-19?
Is there anyone in the home that is currently sick with a fever (100.4 ), cough, sore throat, or difficulty breathing?
If you think you have been exposed to COVID-19 and develop symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough or difficulty breathing, please reschedule your appointment and contact your healthcare provider for medical advice.
If you have tested positive for COVID-19 and need an appointment you may schedule an appointment 7 days after your last symptoms.
