Nebraska is blessed to be the home of many of our nation’s war fighting heroes.  Men and women who served this great nation in the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, and Coast Guard.  These Veterans are our neighbors, coworkers, and friends and have sacrificed more than we know.  This year, Dr. Kenneth Carey and the staff at Heartland Oral Surgery and Dental Implants are excited to honor those who have served with our “Veteran Smile Makeover Campaign “.

This campaign will provide a free total dental makeover to restore smile and bite to one selected applicant.  If you are a Veteran and are missing several teeth, have trouble eating, and are interested, please apply below.  If you are a friend or family member of a Veteran who could benefit from a smile makeover, we encourage you to nominate them below.  Please include name, contact information, a photo of the teeth/smile, and a brief summary of military service and why they deserve a new smile.  This event is open to all Veterans in the Tri Cities Communities and surrounding areas.

The Kickoff for this event will take place August 16^th and applications will be accepted until December 20, 2021.  The applications will be reviewed, and one name will be drawn at random.  The winner will be announced and notified on January 7, 2022.  We are super excited to begin this event and hope it shows how much we appreciate our Nebraskan Veterans.  Please submit your entry below and for more information or questions please contact Heartland Oral Surgery at 308-865-2577.
